This just occurred to me
I have no idea how I first heard about Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark.
I started reading those books in elementary school. I would go to the library on a regular basis and borrow them. But I didn’t know my way around the library back then, so it’s not like I would have known what to look for if I WERE looking for a book of scary stories. And my friends didn’t read them, to my knowledge.
Now I’m kind of curious about how other people first came across these books.
